It is okay not to be okay.
Why we are supposed to say "it's okay" when it's not. It is okay to have it not figured out yet. It is okay to feel a certain way. It is okay not to be okay as long as you are not giving up. Situations happen, problems occur, you make mistakes, and you are not always right, but life does not stop. What matters is you realize what has happened, accept it and move on.
There's a beautiful stanza from a poem that I came across by Haych-
It's okay to care too much and be the reason that you get hurt
It's okay to lose people and things you love
until you have nobody, but yourself left...
We were created weak,
To find our strengths.
When we feel demotivated, we need to talk to ourselves; we can take a few days off but should always come back stronger. We may think that we are not good enough, but we should tell ourselves that we are good enough for ourselves. It is okay to cry sometimes, to be in bed for days, but we should know that life is too short to be stuck to the past. So focus on yourself, chase your dreams, and be confident and brave.
There is so much to live for, so much to learn and so little time for everything.
And as a dialogue from a very famous movie says-
“Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.
