Corporeality about child rearing, don't outdate it!
Child rearing

In a world full of races, it’s complicated for parents to take time for their children. Especially it’s hard for working parents to take out adequate time for their children. Every parent wants everything best for their child, and they keep following this process from the day they get married. It’s very easy to blame a child for a mistake, but it’s really hard for parents to teach him about the good and bad aspects of mistakes. A baby’s journey starts just after he is born; the learning basics begin from here only. About 40% of all pregnancies are not planned, and more than 30 billion babies are born each year due to this only. It’s very important to understand that reproductive health and preconception care affect the mental health of both mother and child. During pregnancy, the unborn child is affected by many decisions made by the parents, especially the choices linked to their lifestyles.
Beginning of parenting
Newborn parenting is where the responsibility of good parenting starts. An infant only represents different needs and emotions just by crying, such as hunger, discomfort, boredom or loneliness. Young babies require feedings every few hours, which is quite disruptive to adult sleep cycles; from here begins the formation of attachment, which is considered the foundation of their capacity to form and conduct relationships throughout their lives. These are the basic principles adults should follow to mould their children with secure attachments that build the ability to form successful relationships in life, express themselves on an interpersonal basis, and have self-esteem. It is seen that children who have neglectful or emotionally unavailable caregivers can exhibit behavioural problems such as post-traumatic stress or oppositional defiant disorder, which allow them to fight against or be disobedient and more rebellious towards authority figures or the organization or any person in general.
Children when entering in the age group 12 to 36 months, parents should focus and involve in showing how small things are done, particularly at this age mimicry is very common, and it’s the most crucial age where parent grow their vocabulary and increase their communication skills, and manage their emotions. Though children can’t move from their place, they observe and become curious about small things around them. They become internally eager to explore every inch of the world and manage their emotions uncontrolled, and become frustrated when things don’t go according to the way they actually want or expect.
When children grow a little bigger, the biggest problem is they start becoming more open and independent to build friendships, which is crucial for parents to look after. They develop the feeling of joy, helping and also useful and capable for someone. Parent must assist their children by encouraging good social interactions and modelling proper social behaviour. It’s actually high time for parents to teach them health, hygiene and eating habits through instructions and examples as they try learning from even unhealthy environments too. As children grow a little more, parents can make decisions about their education and learning. Choosing the right institution is the first step to deciding what and how much their children will learn for the upcoming 12 years. The peak time for children to learn a lot more than bookish knowledge is the responsibility and consequences for their actions towards multiple situations. There are several ways to teach children how to act against a problem. Some parents provide little allowances that increase the value of money and how to be more careful towards expenditure. They should teach them the need for consistency in work and be fair about discipline and behaviour. It’s very obvious that when children enter adolescence, their minds keep fluctuating, but they undergo many hormonal and visible behaviour changes that can lead to serious mental issues. It can have a negative impact on their life in the long run. I believe, and I guess too, there should be a proper balance between care and emotions to learn every aspect in an optimistic manner to avoid negativity. It is scientifically proven that cognitive potential, social skills, and behavioural functions go hand in hand, and one should acquire it as soon as possible. Early years are positively correlated with the quality of the interactions children have with their parents and with the outside world.
Upgrading skills

There is countless expertise that can be practised to develop the quality of communication and confidence in children in the early days. The first and the foremost important one is to communicate with children honestly about the environment. Parents should try to be one hundred per cent consistent in their approach to guide and utilize their resources. They should generate interest in their children’s education for a better future. Nothing can be more comfortable for a child to have his parents as his best friend, and at the same point, parents should keep the communication transparent and open, they should encourage and appreciate their children to manage mood swings and help them to anticipate and plan partner or group supporting skills. Consistency is considered the “backbone” of positive parenting and “over protection” the weakness.
Good parenting skill is to build up elements like honesty, empathy, self-reliance, kindness, cooperation, self-control and cheerfulness. The fact shows that they should show love, listen to them, provide support, show respect, talk over differences and eventually become their role model. They should nurture empathy, encourage them, teach them to volunteer, offer rewards sparingly, teach good manners, treat them with respect, discipline consistently and teach thankfulness. These qualities are the building blocks in one’s nature and help one learn how to behave in society.
Disturbed sleeping pattern
In the growing age, it’s very important to explain a few points related to the sleeping pattern; children fantasise about new activities and technology daily, which leads to sleeplessness and an imbalanced mindset. Parents should teach the advantages of a good bedtime sleep, which comfort their physical and mental health at the same time. Good sleep allows them to be more adaptive to daily activities and set limits to their work or play to accomplish the same. The prime thing for children is to take proper sleep as if it’s not followed. The child will be more likely to have trouble in many things like following directions and paying attention. The result will be misbehaving that can further lead to stress and other common mental health issues.
Child abuse & Sexual harassment

Parenting not only involves teaching them about how to behave in society but also how society should treat them to maintain balance. It’s necessary to teach them about a good and bad touch. Children and parents should focus more to learn that you’re the ultimate boss of your body. Some parents are quite shy to explain proper names of the body parts, but they should focus on this aspect in the right tone. Children are as delicate as a glass, so it’s hard to explain to them if they got a crack on their minds from anywhere. One should set simple rules and scripts in order to put forward any advice. They should have a healthy daily conversation at this growing age to keep the proper balance between their mind and activities.
These days child abuse is so common that one needs to understand and protect themselves from this judgmental society and junk environment. Everything is good and bad, and it’s important to adopt both qualities. I know we have to live in society but with our own rules and regulations to live a better and happy life. What we experience actually hits more than any learning in the books. People should focus on experiencing a good life from every bad aspect they face. It’s all about adopting according to the environment, and yes, I’ll suggest you live every inch of your learning, either good or bad or worst, and that’s what we call L..I..F..E “life”.
